Non-Refundable Policy

All sales made through our online platform and at our physical location are considered final. We strictly enforce a non-refundable policy for all purchases. We encourage you to carefully review your order details, including product images and descriptions, before completing your purchase.

Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes an item may not be exactly what you envisioned. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer an exchange policy under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are processed exclusively at our physical location in Mount Lavinia. This policy applies to all customers, regardless of where the original purchase was made.
  • Timeframe: Items must be brought for exchange within 2 days from the date of receipt. Please note that packages exceeding this 2-day period will not be eligible for exchange.
  • Product Condition: For an exchange to be accepted, the item must be in its original, new condition. This means it must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from any customer-caused damage. All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
